Fredd'y Steak House is pround to offer all natural USDA Choice Angus Beef, Aged 21 days in specially designed and maintained humidifier coolers. Even Premium supermarkets known for their meats do not sell naturally aged steaks this way, due to the added cost of this delicate aging process.

We serve all the normal cuts steaks, like the filet mignon and New York Strip steaks, as well as serving some specialty and a personal steak. We serve chopped steak, filet medallions, and porterhouse steaks too. These are the more luxurious and cleverly prepared steaks, being bigger and juicer, as well as being cut smaller and cooked with different styles. To top our steak menu off though, we do have a special steak that is our signature steak called the “Freddy’s Signature Cowboy Steak.”
This is a 12 to 20 ounce steak made of a cut boned rib-eye steak, and is very, very likely to be our best steak. Our signature steak just oozes flavor and everyone who tries it falls in love with the heavenly flavor that is our “Freddy’s Signature Cowboy Steak.” As you will see, we have a dedication to perfection and our steaks are our pride and joy.
